A hectic week of sport including Davis Cup, Premier
League and Track Cycling World Championship action saw success for GB and Leicester's incredible story continue, and this week of sport is unlikely to disappoint. The World T20, Europa League clashes and England vs Wales in the Six Nations are part of an epic week coming up.
World T20 Cricket: Starts Tuesday 8th March

The eight nations are split into two groups of four. Group A will see Bangladesh, Oman, Netherlands and Ireland battling it out to progress. Bangladesh will be favourites but Ireland and Netherlands could easily cause an upset, especially Netherlands who have been strong at the World T20 in the past, look out for games between these sides

Inspired by the NFL, London Irish will play a ‘home’ fixture
at the 25,000-capacity Red Bull-Arena, just five says before St Patrick’s
Day. The move has been criticised by
many, especially Irish fans as they lose one of the games that would have been
played at the Madejski Stadium. It’s hoped that the proximity to St Patrick’s
Day will galvanise the Irish expat community. Tickets are $50-250, so the
venture cannot be described as bringing rugby to the USA. Nevertheless, it will
be interesting to see how the venture pans out.

March at 20:00, Live on BT Sport 1.

Group B consists of Zimbabwe, Afghanistan, Scotland and Hong
Kong with Afghanistan having to be considered the favourites having defeated
Zimbabwe in several recent ODI and T20I series. Scotland and Hong Kong are no
mugs however and in T20 cricket there is always the chance of a surprise.

FA Cup
Sixth Round
After an unsurprising FA Cup so far with no major shocks as
of yet, the only Championship club remaining in the cup, Reading, will be
hoping to overturn Premier League side Crystal Palace, to reach the Semi-Finals
for a second successive year. Arsenal will face Hull in a Fifth Round replay,
the winner of which will have a short notice tie that weekend. Elsewhere,
Everton play Chelsea and Manchester United take on West Ham in what is sure to
be an intriguing weekend of cup action.

Weekend
The top two in the Six Nations will contest a huge game at
Twickenham on Saturday with both teams still undefeated and Eddie Jones’
England still on for a Grand Slam. France is the only side that can still
challenge for the title and they play Scotland on Sunday. Elsewhere, Ireland
and Italy will battle it out for the Wooden Spoon with both teams still yet to

Champions League
and Europa League
For perhaps the first time in history, there may be slightly
more interest in a Europa league match than in the Champions League, so much so
that it gets the infamous Ultra HD treatment. Liverpool will play Manchester
United for the first time ever in Europe whilst Tottenham have an exciting
encounter against Borussia Dortmund. In the Champions League, the English
interest is at Stamford Bridge with Chelsea seeking to overturn a 2-1 deficit
against PSG.
